yesterday, amy, claire, molly, and kristen came over to make valentines. we broke out the construction paper, doilies, glitter, ribbon, and mad craft supplies. everyone gathered around my coffee table and made a wonderful mess. when we finally burnt out after three hours, there was glitter, paper scraps, glue, and chocolate wrappers (we needed them for sustenance) scattered everywhere, but we had rows of pretty, cute, and unique valentines to distribute to friends and family. i had a lot of fun; i�ve been feeling burnt out lately, and it turned out that being creative and laughing with friends was just what i needed. i felt reenergized afterwards.
