2003-01-03 last night, i had a dream that i went on a field trip to the arctic. my boy went, too, as well as a small group of others that i recognized from different times and places in my life. i remember it being very cold; someone in the dream told me to guess the temperature. it was -20. despite my real-life abhorrence of cold and snow, i was having a lot of fun in the dream. who knows what it all means. i am convinced that this dream came about because my apartment is practically the arctic circle itself. i should not have to go to bed encased in fleece and buried under flannel sheets, winter blanket, comforter, and two afghans, curled in the fetal position and still freezing. this is not healthy. *** this is the worst analysis of myself that i have ever read. i think i may have posted it here before...
