2002-07-20 it's a saturday, and i'm up before eleven. what led to this heartbreak, you may ask? i blame my neighbors. today, it sounded like they were demolishing a mack truck and loading the parts onto a train. it seems that i've been involved in some interesting events lately. yesterday, i went to go see a candidate for governor speak about public health. i went mainly out of curiosity. maybe you saw me on the news later? i was the one rockin' the striped flip flops. tonight, i think i have to work the parking lot at the blues festival. not in a prostitute sort of way...i think it's more like an orange vest sort of way. i'm still not sure how i got involved in such a fashion crime. yesterday, i called winfrey to see if she wanted to hang out sometime. she asked me if i wanted to go to the blues festival with her tonight. "ok," i said innocently. then i discovered that she was working the parking lot...but that means free admission, and i am down with free. so if you are in the area and see me rockin' the orange vest, please make fun of me quietly. *** quote of the day: "i'm a pimpin' farmer, yo." -amy e |
