2002-02-13 i sent a valentine to my sister today. it was the least mushy of hallmark's selection of valentines to sisters, but it was still all cute and happy. i like some kinds of cute and happy, but we're not that affectionate to each other, so i wrote, "excuse me while i go puke" on the inside of the card. don't you feel the love? i finally decided to practice some good old-fashioned public health values and make a doctor's appointment. i've had an irregular heartbeat for, oh, about two months now at least. it figures that when i finally make the appointment, my heart feels normal. *** quote of the day: "psychiatrists should not be allowed to interact with the public without assistance." -amy b ***
