2002-01-30 at the work front, i am currently making handouts with such exciting titles as "what is a calorie?" and "how to read a food label." they are low literacy! they have cute clip art of fruits and veggies! they are for people with schizophrenia! oh, the glamourous, jet-set field of public health. this is where a master's degree can get you, kids. actually, i am quite enjoying myself. i like making pretty flyers, and as evil as microsoft may be, they do have some damn cute clip art. it's a nice change from doing boring literature searches or going over grant proposals. on an unrelated note, i've decided that the best feeling in the world is putting on a pair of jeans after wearing a skirt all day. ladies, you know what i'm talking about. and my current favorite street name is "woolslayer way." can you just imagine telling someone you live there? okay, that's enough babble for one day. |
