2002-03-04 oh my goddess, it is so freaking-fucking cold outside. i came back from lunch twenty minutes ago, and my ears are still numb. it's the kind of cold that seeps into your bones and makes you painfully aware of their every movement. the kind of cold that makes you afraid to move for fear of touching your freezing clothes. the kind of cold that takes your breath away. i hate it. despite the horrific walk to the restaurant, it was a lovely lunch with molliwog. i forced her at chopstick-point to tell me the plot of last night's six feet under. any productivity i had this morning has vanished. oh well. at least i can leave whenever i want today. i drove because i didn't want to wait for the bus in the cold. call me a whimp...i don't care. i'll be warmer than you. *** quotes of the day: "is this the phone number for the internet?" -my stepmother "productivity does not count unless someone notices!" -amy e ***  *** this site is entertaining. it's a movie a minute! |
